EULA - End User License Agreement

All copyrights to SurfKeeper are owned by VTTECHS Co., Ltd.

SurfKeeper is a "try-before-buy" program. You can try it for free (for a period of 14 days), but if you intend to keep it, you must register your copy of SurfKeeper or stop using it.

One registered copy of SurfKeeper may be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or it may be installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by more than one person, but not both. The registered SurfKeeper software may not be rented, leased or transferred.

SurfKeeper unregistered shareware may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person

or company may charge a fee for the distribution of SurfKeeper without written permission from the copyright holder.

SurfKeeper is distributed "AS IS" and you assume full responsibility for determining the suitability of SurfKeeper for your requirements.

VTTECHS Co., Ltd. makes no warranty either expressed or implied that all errors have been or can be eliminated from the SurfKeeper

software. Furthermore VTTECHS Co., Ltd. shall not be responsible for losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind resulting from the use or misuse of SurfKeeper including without limitation, any liability for business expenses, machine downtime, damages experienced by you or any third person as a result of any deficiency, defect, bug, error or malfunction. VTTECHS Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages relating to or arising out of the subject matter of this Agreement or actions taken thereunder.

NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE SurfKeeper IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. VTTECHS Co., Ltd. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY

AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOBODY WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer

the licenced program, or any subset of the licenced program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorised

use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this licence and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by VTTECHS Co., Ltd.

The terms of this licence, as well as the SurfKeeper features and interface design may be subject to change in future versions of

SurfKeeper.

Installing and/or using SurfKeeper signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the licence.

If you do not agree with the terms of this licence you must remove SurfKeeper files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
